We are committed to purchasing ingredients from local and regional sources as a first choice, in an effort to support small and mid-sized American farms.

How We Support Allergy Management
In partnership with Food Allergy Research Education (FARE), all our chefs and managers participate in a companywide food safety training program known as ServSafe™ to better educate our culinary staff about healthful and safe food preparations.
